RO Plant Operator
Job Overview:
Operate, Monitor, Inspection, repair and Maintain Sea water Reverse Osmosis plants and related intake system. Follow the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment practices required in water treatment operations. Operates and controls filtration, electric motor pumps and valves to regulate flow of raw water into treatment plant.
Job Description:
·Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum flow and quality of potable water.
·Maintain the treatment plant systems by Manual / HMI /SCADA
·Prepare log sheet & work orders for servicing and repairs.
·Inspect the treatment plant systems daily to ensure effective operations.
·Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, MMF/ UF, Membranes, water storage tanks, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps and valves.
·Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant and establish a preventative maintenance program.
·Maintain inventories (Chemicals/ spares) and Provide reports to Line Manager
·Ensure records are maintained and up to date for review by the line manager.

Storekeeper
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an automated supply inventory database; updating database of materials, supplies, and equipment; generating related reports to verify inventory levels and determining re-order activity and usage rates.
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
- Responsible for packing, tagging new assets, labeling, and returning supplies.
- Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs.
- Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally.
- Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing cards to perform low-value procurement activities.
- Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
- performs physical inventory of warehouse and supply yard and reconciles records.
- Determines proper floor and shelf location for supplies; ensures hazardous materials are stored safely; receives and unload freight; tags supplies and stocks shelves; delivers supplies to work areas.

Job Requirement:
•Diploma /Degree in Engineering. (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Designation: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
·Prepare bill of quantities, work schedules, specifications and contract documentation and ensure it complies with the project scope, timescale, budget, estimates, regulations, and policies.
·Assist in preparation of tender/contract documents.
·Prepare the cost estimation for the project/task in coordination with the Design team.
·Liaise with team to prepare the cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
·Liaise with procurement specialist and carry out construction/non-construction related purchases in relation to goods and/or services. Utilize effective pricing methods, strategies to provide a competitive advantage.
·Analyze data on ongoing projects and identify trends and reports.
·Perform the price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
·Monitor and track the project progress and perform valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
·Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, and preparation of reports as and when requested by the manager.
·Develop knowledge relevant to contract conditions and their applications.
·Seek out continuous improvement in quantity surveying procedures.
·Coordination between contractors and the client.
·Maintain complete record of all ongoing and finished projects.

Job Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 10 years working experience UAE in Construction company.
Profound knowledge of the contractual regulations that apply in UAE.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex construction documents.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, Effective communication, and negotiation skills, as you would often need to liaise with various stakeholders involved in the project.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations is essential.

MEP Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to the project on all Facilities Systems.
• Support the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of building services.
• Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner as and when required Provide and prepare estimates and quotations for small project works as and when required Preparation of competency assessment and issuing of standing Instructions.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise in house staff, consultants and specialist service contractors on the building services.
• Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client’s facility.
• Responsibility for the delivery of all planned and reactive tasks in accordance with the Service Level Specification requirements.
• Coordinate with external parties regarding the Facilities Services.
• Co-ordination of building surveys and input into the development of the annual and Asset Maintenance Plans, Energy Management Plans and the Condition Survey.
• Carrying out risk assessments and develop Method Statements to ensure all operatives and tasks are carried out safely.
• Provide analysis and comment technically upon maintenance feedback from both in-house and service partners.
• Maintain good and harmonious relationships with the client, tenants and visitors and respond to any complaints promptly. Any issues to be reported to the helpdesk.
• All work is to be performed as per HSE regulations, municipal by-laws, government legislation and Building codes.
• Develop and deliver a training matrix of basic maintenance skills to support the development of Technicians into multi-skilled Technicians
• Develop and ensure delivery of regular toolbox talks to the technical team.
• Whilst the holder will take primary responsibility of the Facilities systems on site, they should be conversant with, and understand, the complete working of the electrical, Facilities and electronic systems.
• Ensure personnel issues and attendance records of their team are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
• Perform other works as directed by their line manager from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with the company Management System relevant to the position.
Job Requirement:

•10 years UAE experience in facility management company,3 years’ experience in managing teams of technicians, service providers and contractors.

Senior Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate financial information with the help of input from the finance team on time.
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, and entering transactions.
Prepare error-free accounting reports and their results.
Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.
Identify errors and take actions for improvement.
Analyze intercompany transactions, bank statements, and generate invoices.
Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements.
Manage bookkeepers and other accountants.
Assist in the department’s goal-setting process.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
12+ years of UAE experience out of which minimum 6 years in facility management company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Understanding of accounting software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and internal controls.
Excellent at analyzing information and interpreting for other departments.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
